                                              THE ILLUSION OF BEING IN CONTROL

When I do what's right for each moment.....my approach to the moment becomes my life.

It is not possible for me to control my life; and what do I want to control that is of any worth .........as the best things in life are for free. ONLY I must make myself free to enjoy them.

LOVE, FOR EXAMPLE, IF IT IS LOVE, IS FOR FREE ......OTHERWISE IT IS NOT LOVE.

I must not control my feelings as otherwise that feeling controls me....I must make myself free to give and recieve.

When I try to control others.....I risk losing their love. In trying to protect someone else from pain.....I end up destroying his or her motivation.

I must not try to get the upper hand or manipulate them to get my way. When I do that I risk paying interest for the rest of my life.

I must learn to release my grip, loosen my hold and declare what I want. I must be prepared to risk rejection and failure. I must allow people to be what they are as I can only be myself.
