but without that so called 15% .. the balance 85% does not stand a chance ... its a futile exercise to divide success into fractions ... nothing is the same for everybody ... for that so called 15% has to be so rock solid that it appears to become you 100% .. your personality / your ability to communicate it in many different ways is what allows you to negotiate with intelligence to be able to lead.
